Return Policy:
Due to sanitary concerns, many items are not returnable such as panties and swimsuits. Returns are accepted if an item is damaged or we accidentally shipped the wrong thing. Please contact us before returning an item.
Payment Policy:
We accept Visa, MasterCard, PayPal, Money Order, Cashiers Check, or Wire Transfer. Please No Personal Checks.
We reserve the right to change our prices for any customer at any time. We may change prices for volume orders or other reasons.
International Customers are responsible for any additional duties, taxes, etc. that may occur.

Shipping Policy:
We will ship all in-stock products within one business day of payment received and processed. Any orders over $150 can not be shipped to a P.O. Box or APO/FPO address since we usually use FedEx to ship. Please provide a physical address for us to ship to.
In the rare event that an item is out of stock, the customer will be notified and will be offered a substitution, cancellation, or backorder opportunity.
We ship to the U.S. and low-risk international countries. S&H cost will be available on the Checkout Screen.
International Packages are Shipped on Fridays Only!

» What are your Handling Fees?Handling Fees, fees that include packaging, invoicing, etc, are included in the Shipping Fee. We usually add approximately $2 or less for handling. Often our S&H is less than it costs as in Free Shipped Items » Do You Combine S&H?Yes we Do! Most of our items are shipped with the highest S&H cost PLUS $1 each additional item. Many higher priced items are shipped FREE! See the Item Description for details.
» Do You Drop Ship?We drop ship when we don't have an item in stock and have an agreement with the company. Many higher priced items are often drop shipped due to inventory cost and space. The only companies we use to drop ship are those who agree to ship within 1-2 business days.
» Do You accept Returns?Yes. If the item is flawed, damaged, or never worn (other than trying on). Tags need to be still intact. We are somewhat lenient on this policy.
